Your video

It stays on your device. The tools do their work inside the page, in your browser. Your video, its sound and the words in it are not sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account. Once a tool has loaded, you can turn off Wi-Fi and it still works.

What we do see

Page visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and does not follow you across sites. We see which page was opened, roughly where from, and which browser. We do not see who you are. Links between our pages carry a short tag, like ?src=studio, so we can count which page sent a visit.
Files the tools load. The first time you use a tool, your browser downloads the files it needs to work on your device. Some come from our own site and some from public file hosts (content delivery networks). Those hosts see an ordinary file request, as any web host does. Your video is not part of them. Fonts come from our own site too.
If you pay. Polar is our merchant of record. Polar collects your email and card details on its own page, under its own privacy policy. After you pay, the page asks a small service of ours for your key, using only the checkout id. When you open the page later, it asks Polar if the key is still valid. The key is kept in your browser, so the paid version stays on that device. For another device, paste the key from Polar's email into the key box there.

How we make money

You pay once for the paid version of a tool. That is the whole business. The pages carry no ads and set no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share data about you. There is little to share: your videos stay with you, and we keep no list of who used the tools.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you and have it deleted. Write to [email protected]. For payment data, Polar answers as the merchant of record.
